1. Introduction
Arrentio is a vehicle rental marketplace platform connecting customers with independent rental agencies and vehicle providers. By accessing or using Arrentio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Marketplace Role
Arrentio operates solely as a technology marketplace platform. Arrentio does not own, operate, or directly rent vehicles. Vehicle listings, pricing, availability, and rental operations are managed by independent providers.
3. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. Bookings remain subject to provider approval, customer verification, and vehicle availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, comply with local laws, follow provider rental requirements, return vehicles in agreed condition, and respect traffic and safety regulations. Additional verification or deposits may be required for self-drive rentals.
5. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are responsible for vehicle condition, insurance, pricing accuracy, rental agreements, operational services, driver services, customer coordination, and ensuring vehicles are legally available for rental.
6. Payments & Pricing
Vehicle pricing is determined by providers. Additional fees may apply for driver services, fuel (BBM), tolls, parking, overtime, airport delivery, deposits, and other services. Arrentio may charge commissions or service fees on completed bookings.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the provider and booking type. Customers should review booking conditions before confirmation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arrentio is not responsible for accidents, vehicle damage, theft, customer misconduct, operational disputes, insurance claims, or delays caused by providers or customers. Operational responsibility remains with the provider and customer.
9. Account Usage
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Arrentio may suspend accounts that violate platform policies.
10. Privacy
Arrentio may collect and process user information necessary for platform operations. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Platform Changes
Arrentio may modify platform features, pricing structures, or policies at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
